They feel the friction - missed timelines, unclear ownership, decisions that keep getting revisited - but they diagnose it wrong. They think it’s a people problem when it’s a systems problem. Or a strategy problem when it’s a prioritisation problem.
I built this diagnostic because I kept seeing the same pattern across every company I worked in: the founder was solving the wrong problem.
What It Does
A structured set of questions across four execution layers - decision-making, team rhythms, GTM motion, and operational clarity. Based on your responses, I map where the gaps are and what’s causing them.
The output isn’t a score. It’s a specific read on where your execution is leaking and what to address first.
What It Isn’t
This is not a survey that generates a generic PDF. Every diagnostic is reviewed personally. The output reflects your actual situation, not a template.
Current Status
Live and taking submissions. Two full diagnostic reports delivered to date - both under NDA. Results have surfaced issues founders had been misattributing for months.
