Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Name and email address, provided at checkout or when you contact us.
- For The One Look, the email address you provide, the website domain you submit, the score, and the report text shown to you.
- For The One Card, the email address entered on the card, optional portfolio/website address, source tool, consent status and version, first and latest consent timestamps, and subscription status. Email and consent are required when generating a card. The name, phone number, WhatsApp number, photo, social profiles, and note are not sent to our signup or analytics services. Anyone you share your QR or contact file with can read and save the details it contains.
- For The One Fix, your questionnaire responses and generated report.
- For The Playbook and The One Job, order, access, delivery, and download records.
- For early access to Me over the years and Pocket Ledger, the email address you provide, the app you pick, whether you got a seat or joined the waitlist, your consent choices (early access emails, and contact if a seat opens), the sign-up time, and the page address you signed up from. Each email can hold one app only, so we check new sign-ups against existing ones.
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processors or reseller. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and IP address, used for security and aggregate analytics.
Why we collect it
- To perform our contract with you: generating reports, delivering digital products, restoring access, handling updates, and providing support.
- To follow up with your consent: using your One Look or One Card email submission to send relevant content, product updates, and launches from Yashasvi Shailly and The One Labs. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
- To run early access with your consent: using your early access email to send your invite, the test build, setup help, and requests for feedback on the app you picked. If you sign up after all 20 seats for an app are taken, we keep your email on the waitlist and write to you only if you agreed to be contacted when a seat opens. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
- To improve the products: analysing usage events and aggregate response patterns to understand which features work and where errors occur. We do not publish your individual answers or card details. The analytics and service-provider sections below explain the data used to operate the site.
- To meet legal obligations: retaining payment, tax, accounting, and compliance records as required by law.
How long we keep it
- Diagnostic questionnaire responses and generated reports are kept for 12 months from purchase, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Your report remains available at its private link during this period.
- One Look submissions are retained while needed for follow-up, product improvement, and support, unless you request deletion sooner.
- One Card subscriber records are kept for follow-up until you unsubscribe or request deletion. The card itself is generated in your browser; we do not store a hosted card or contact file. Card details stay in the open page’s memory, which your browser may restore with a saved session. Downloaded QR/contact files and contacts saved by recipients remain on their devices, and cannot be recalled by closing our site or deleting a subscriber record.
- Early access sign-ups and waitlist records are kept until early access for that app ends, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Playbook order and download records are retained while needed to provide the product, updates, and support, then deleted or anonymised.
- The One Job access and delivery records are retained while your access remains active, so we can restore your link and provide support. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Payment records are retained as required under applicable tax and accounting law.
- Email addresses are retained while needed for delivery and support, unless you request deletion sooner.
Who we share it with
Your information is never sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and deliver the products:
- Razorpay, payment processing for purchases in India and rupee payments.
- Dodo Payments, global checkout, payment processing, order management, customer service, and refunds for purchases outside India.
- Brevo, delivery of reports, download links, access links, and product updates by email.
- Anthropic, the AI model used to generate The One Fix reports from your answers.
- Cloudflare, infrastructure that runs the site, checkout handoffs, product delivery flows, private report links, The One Look scanner, and One Card signup and analytics requests.
- Google Sheets and Apps Script, storage of One Look submissions, One Card subscriber records, and early access sign-ups.
- Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, usage measurement and product analytics, as described below.
Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service and under its own security obligations.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards. Purchasers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with data protection laws retain all rights those laws grant.
Your rights
You may, at any time, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data except records we must keep by law, or a machine-readable export of data you provided.
EU and UK residents additionally hold the rights granted under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email letsbuild@yashasvishailly.com. We respond within 30 days.
To stop One Look, One Card, or early access emails, or request deletion of your subscriber or sign-up record, email letsbuild@yashasvishailly.com. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing messages and does not affect contact files you have already downloaded.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies, checkout tools provided by payment processors, Google Analytics 4, and PostHog. Analytics may use cookies, browser storage, and pseudonymous identifiers to measure visits and interactions, alongside technical details such as browser and device type. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
On One Card: we measure page visits, card starts, generation and validation outcomes, download clicks, contact-link types, photo add/remove outcomes, and email-save success or failure. These events do not include entered card contents, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, profile links, or notes. We do not record sessions or automatically capture form contents on One Card. Offline QR scans and contacts saved on another person’s device are not tracked.
One Card’s PostHog events use a random visit identifier held in page memory and reset on reload, without a persistent PostHog identifier or person profile. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies; advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for One Card. One Card skips both analytics services when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
On early access: we measure page visits and clicks. The email you type is excluded from analytics capture and session recordings. The early access sign-up covers this website only. The apps themselves are covered in Me over the years and Pocket Ledger below.
Me over the years and Pocket Ledger
This section covers the two Android apps from The One Labs while they are in early access testing. Your early access sign-up on this website is covered in the Privacy Policy above.
What stays on your phone
- Me over the years stores the entries you write, and when you wrote or edited them, in a database inside the app on your phone.
- Pocket Ledger stores your transactions, account names, categories, and settings in an encrypted file on your phone. The key is held by Android's secure keystore.
- Neither app has a login, an account, or a server that holds your entries or financial data. We can't see, recover, or delete anything inside the apps.
- Both apps opt out of Google's automatic cloud backup.
- Uninstalling an app deletes everything stored in it. Make a backup first if you want to keep it.
Pocket Ledger and your SMS
- With your permission, Pocket Ledger reads the SMS inbox on your phone to find bank and card transaction alerts. The reading happens on your phone.
- Messages it doesn't recognise as transaction alerts are skipped and not saved.
- For each transaction alert, it keeps the message text, amount, masked account number, merchant, and date, so you can check every entry against its source.
- You can say no to SMS access and still add expenses by hand. You can also turn the permission off at any time in your phone's settings.
- Your SMS messages never leave your phone.
Files you create
- Pocket Ledger export is a plain spreadsheet (CSV) that includes the original alert text. It isn't encrypted.
- Pocket Ledger backup is locked with a passphrase you choose. Without that passphrase the file can't be opened, and we can't recover it for you.
- Me over the years backup is a plain text file of all your entries. It isn't encrypted, so keep it somewhere private.
- You choose where every file is saved. Once a file is in another app or service, such as Google Drive or email, that service's own terms apply to it.
Helping the apps get better
- Everything you write or track stays on your phone.
- So we can fix bugs and see which features help, the early access builds share a little information about how the app is running when you're online: the app and Android version, your phone model, crash reports, and which screens get opened.
- It's about how the app runs. It never includes your entries, transactions, amounts, merchants, account details, SMS messages, or anything you type.
- Because these are test builds, sharing this is part of joining early access, and it's always on in the test version. The public version will ask for your OK before it shares anything.
Feedback and your rights
Feedback you send by email is used to fix and improve the apps. Your rights, and how to reach us, are in Your rights above. Because app data stays on your phone, you can delete it yourself at any time by deleting entries or uninstalling the app.

- No guarantee. No guarantee is made regarding business outcomes, revenue, job offers, interviews, income, or any other result.
- Acceptable use. Automated scraping, redistribution, resale, or attempts to extract underlying prompts, logic, or source material are prohibited.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

- The One Job is non-refundable after access delivery. Once your access link has been generated and displayed or delivered, the purchase is final.
- The Playbook is non-refundable after delivery or download. Once a kit download link has been generated, delivered, or accessed, the purchase is final.
- Technical failures are fully refundable. Where payment succeeds but you cannot access the product or never receive the report, download, or access link, contact us within 7 days. After verification we will restore access or issue a full refund, your choice.
- Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- Change of mind. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we are not able to refund simply for change of mind once access, report generation, or download begins, unless required by the consumer law that applies to you.
Purchasers in the EU and UK. You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. By requesting immediate delivery or checking the consent box at checkout, you acknowledge that this withdrawal right ends once delivery, generation, access, or download begins. Absent that consent where required, delivery waits until the withdrawal period lapses.
To request a refund, email letsbuild@yashasvishailly.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if available.
Delivery Policy

- The One Job: after successful payment your access link appears on screen and a copy is sent to your registered email address.
